Overview
These terms govern participation in the JoyBelly Early Tester Pilot Program ("Program"). By applying for and participating in this Program, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
The Program involves testing an early-stage cat hydration and feeding product concept. This is a voluntary testing program designed to gather feedback and improve product development.
Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Own or care for at least one cat
- Have received a valid invitation code
- Be willing to follow testing instructions
- Be able to provide feedback as requested
Selection Process
Application submission does not guarantee selection. JoyBelly will select participants based on various factors including geographic location, cat demographics, and program needs. Selection decisions are final.
Participant Responsibilities
If selected, participants agree to:
- Use the product according to provided instructions
- Monitor their cat's response to the product
- Provide honest feedback through surveys or other requested methods
- Report any concerns or adverse reactions immediately
- Not share or resell test products
Product Testing Disclaimer
Important:
- Test products are in development and not yet commercially available
- Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- Consult your veterinarian if you have concerns about your cat's health
- Discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur
Feedback and Intellectual Property
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide during the Program become the property of JoyBelly. We may use this feedback to improve our products without compensation or attribution.
Confidentiality
Participants may receive confidential information about JoyBelly products. You agree not to disclose product details, formulations, or other confidential information to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
JoyBelly provides test products "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JoyBelly is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the Program or use of test products.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. JoyBelly reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program without notice.
